Our jurisdiction is one of the largest in the IBEW. We cover the entire states of Washington and Oregon, the 7 northern counties of California, and the 10 northern counties of Idaho. We represent ALL workers fighting for respect and a voice in their workplace, no matter the size of the company, or job function of the employee.

Currently, Local 89 represents workers in numerous industries including, Telecommunications Installation and Repair, Telecommunications Network Construction, Satellite installation and Repair, Warehouse and Logistics, Manufacturing, and Clerical. We are not limited to the industries listed above, and are willing to listen to your needs in Unionizing your workplace.
